What to build: Synchronize repository documentation (CONTEXT.md, README.md, docs/internals.md, docs/cli-reference.md) with Gmail protocol capabilities (X-GM-EXT-1), smart label classification rules, deduplication architecture, and safety tier hierarchies to satisfy the Definition of Done.
